Returns


Samudra Swimwear offers store credits only. We do not refund or exchange products.

In case you wish to exchange your product for a new item, you will need to return the original one for a store credit.


We will happily accept swimwear purchased from www.samudra-swimwear.com for a store credit.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached.

Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.

You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your item(s) to qualify for a store credit.

*Please note: discounted items are not eligible for store credit. 

All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, unless you received a wrong item.


HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN


1. Fill the return application depending on your location*:

- For NATIONAL ORDERS (Spain & Portugal)

- For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


2. We will send you the return label to your email address.

3. Place your item(s) back into their original Samudra packaging.

4. Put the return label outside of the package.

5. Head to the post office chosen in your return application and ship the return items back.


Once we receive your returned items, please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and store credit to be issued.

You will receive an email notifying you whether your return has been accepted or declined. 

Samudra Swimwear reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by our returns policy.

If we have accepted your return you will receive two emails. One notifying you that your item(s) qualify and another issuing the store credit equal to the value of the product being returned.


*You will be charge shipping fees to return your item when filling the application form but you will NOT be charged again at the post office.

The only instance in which Samudra Swimwear will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item.  

In such cases, we will include the shipping fees charged in your total store credit amount.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once we receive your returned items, please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and store credit to be issued. You will receive an email notifying you whether your return has been accepted or declined. Samudra Swimwear reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender if the merchandise is not abide by our returns policy.If we have accepted your return you will receive two emails. WILL YOU REFUND MY SHIPPING / DELIVERY COSTS IF I RETURN MY ORDER?

All customers are responsible for postage payments. We will not refund the shipping costs. We will issue a store credit for the complete cost of the returned item. The only instance in which Samudra Swimwear will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND?

Sorry, we do not make exchanges or give refunds. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or style, please return the original item(s) for a store credit and place a new order.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES FAULTY OR DAMAGED, OR ISN'T WHAT I ORDERED?

If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, please return the product as per the return instructions. Shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note, if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids the return. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all sanitary pads and swing tags attached.

WHAT DOES ‘FINAL SALE' MEAN?

All items that have been reduced in price cannot be returned for a store credit. No exceptions can be made. This includes using discount and promotion codes. We understand that there is a risk when purchasing sale items, so be sure to look at our sizing chart for guidance in choosing the correct size or if you have questions feel free to contact our customer service team at clients.samudra@gmail.com
