by the current Spanish and international law related to Intellectual & Industrial Property. Total or partial reproduction of the website or any of its content is strictly prohibited without the expressed and written consent from SAMUDRA SWIMWEAR. Furthermore, all reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution, commercialization, public communication and/or any other action that violates the current Spanish and/or international law in reference to Intellectual and Industrial Property, is strictly prohibited, as well as the use of the website’s content without the previous written authorization of SAMUDRA SWIMWEAR.
ON SALE ITEMS AND FINAL PURCHASE
All purchased items on sale are considered a final purchase and cannot be returned or xchanged.If we receive an on sale item in our warehouses, the package will be returned to the customer, who will be charged with the shipping costs. No reimbursement will be applied.
PRE-SALE ITEMS
The store’s items available for pre-order are those discounted items that we offer our customers before they are released to the market. The purchase system is the same as with the other items, except that delivery will not be immediate, but postponed to the official launching of the collection. This system gives you the opportunity to acquire exclusive garments or limited edition collections at highly advantageous prices before they are sold out.For this summer 2020 scrunchies pre-sale, customers will have 10 % discount in the matching set of the scrunchies they pre-order. These customers will have 14 calendar days from the launching date of the collection to use this discount. After that, we will ship the scrunchies alone and the customer will lose the chance to use the discount unless they email us before the 14 days pass asking to prolong this period.
